Divorce Sale

A year ago I had plans to build a house in Udon Thani.  Since then Nee has left me and I plan to start traveling again. 

So my property is for sale.

Choice Location

I paid 360,000B for the first piece of land then another 80,000B for a thin strip to widen the land.  I also paid 60,000B to have the land filled to a half meter above the road.   I am selling the land for 450,000B. 

The property is located about 700M south of Rajabhat University and about 300M west of Tahan Road.  It is approximately 110 tah lang wah in size.   The property is 13.5 m wide.  The short side of the property is 30.68 m.  The long side of the property is 39.607.  The distance between the end of the short side and the end of the long side is 15.920 M.

It is located at the end of a paved road and all city utilities are available.  I have a set of house plans designed to maximize the living space on the property. 

The deed is a chanot and my ex-wife is willing to deed her share of the property and I'm willing to sign off my lifetime tenure.
